Starting his 2019, Venetian producer & DJ, Stefano Urso (Steve Hammer) released his 4-track ‘Reflex EP’ on Citrica Records in January laying down his signature deep, warm, and old school house sound. In two months time Stefano keeps the ball rolling and returns to Belgian house label House Cookin’ Records for its 55th release, ‘Booster’ EP, further pushing their sound of deep & raw house cuts. The Booster EP contains 4 cohesive tracks full of Stefano’s beautiful piano & synth melodies, syncopated hi-hats, and textures creating space and giving the tracks a nostalgic feel. You can lounge or dance into the early morning listening to this one, this shit goes deep and will take you to house heaven. This house lover’s delight starts off with ‘Compost’ with a smooth loungey feel, followed by the infectious groove of ’Derick’s Groove’, and big synths and fat baseline with ‘Fat’. To round off the EP, Stefano ends with our feature track, ‘Inka’ with its spellbinding urban percussions and piano & synth melodies to keep you moving as you chase the sun into the AM.
‘Booster’ is available on for pre-order now and available on Traxsource March 11th. Be sure to pick this one up and be on the lookout for Steve Hammer as he continues to pump out these instant deep house classics.
